After many years of experience as a consultant and a manager in a major multinational company, Mr David Gerber has launched NewCape Consulting.

Services are proposed in 2 main areas:

- System Integration: whether in the IT business or other electrical engineering fields, we are here to help you get the stuff done right. Make a sound planning, get the various bits together and make sure the results really work; even if it means connecting a round pipe with a square hole! This can be as a consultant, a system engineer, an architect or a project manager. In particular in the contact-center area, with product knowledge such as Genesys.

- Process Management: Supporting customers to analyse their business process and work out proposals for improvement. In a second step accompanying them in the implementation and control the results.
